Does anyone know if there is a website out there that tells the nutritional info on fast food like wendys and mcdonalds etc. For example how many g's of protein are in a Big Mac. Is there any sites out there with this info?

Just go up to the front counter and ask for a nutritional sheet. It will tell you everything.

most of the companys websites have there nutrion facts on them. I know taco bell, and burger kings websites do!
