Yeah man, get yourself some Ginger Root Extract, take it with your protein - I pop like 4 capsules at a time and it works well.
 
Just let'em rip...who cares.....do it in crowded places where you know people will say "oh my god do you smell that?" and you can just stand there and make the same reaction..you can look around and be like "ok who let one rip." and the whole time it will be you and you will be laughing on the inside...

And if you have a girl..introduce her to the Dutch oven....
 
is there any proof that ginger will increase protein digestion? or is there any proof that i will reduce gas build up?
 
while were on the subject.. it seems liek if i ever up my protein more than usual i take massive craps.. anyone else have this problem?
