Farting Tablets?

WHY is everyone mentioning lactaid when we don't even know what type of protein he is consuming? Who's to say he is even ingesting lactose? :confused:

What if he is on EGG protein or Whey for that matter.

Try digestive enzymes and or Betaine HCL. They specifically help one digest excess protein.
 
my unofficial study left me with the following conclusions: when i eat whole foods along with my basic MRP of ISO AGB and Muscle Milk, i have some wind, but nothing hair removing.

on the other hand... if i consume 'protein bars' laden with crap sugar alchohols: atkins bars, Big100 choc chip cookie dough, among others... not only does the volume of my flatus increase exponentially, but more remarkably the destuctive payload which normally drops with the bigguns, enters a category hitherto un labeled in modern mythology.
 
LMAO fart discussions are still just as funny now as they were when we were kids.

Sugars -- for ex, broccoli contains a sugar that we don't have a natural enzyme to help digest - therefore, evil gas during competition cutting diet where my source of fibrous carbs is almost exclusively broccoli. Solution - Bean-o! Also Digestive Enzymes work wonders. Use high quality protein mixes w/o crap filler, watch the egg-sources & milk-source. If milk source - lactaid or just don't use it. Ginger root helps settle your stomach - we use it on the scuba charters when people come on and didnt' take their Dramamine / Triptone early enough so that it actually handles the seasickness. God knows, once one person yakks on the boat, everyone starts yakking.

Another thought - not sure if there's any connection - have you ever used any colon cleanse? If not there's probably a nice back up of waste in your colon. Colon cleanse will clean you out good.
