This thread reminds me of conversations I've had with gay guys who try to lay claim to famous men and women who were gay. The potheads do the same thing as do some racially and ethnically banded groups like the Zulu Nation. They all claim that Shakespeare, Leonardo Da Vinci, etc. were really (fill in the blank). If you are to believe the hype, Shakespeare and Da Vinci were really black, pot smoking, lesbians. Nobody lays claim to Abe Vigoda though. Go figure.
