Did it ever cross your mind that granny and grandpa are trying to make up for their son's bad choices in life?

I'll bet they wonder where they went wrong with their son to have him act this way towards his own flesh and blood!

Makes me sad that some people do not cherish their families or respect them!

i agree with your statement!!! i also think grandma and grandpa probably just want to be a part of their grandson's life. he could be their only grandchild. the whole point of being a grandparent is getting to be a part of a grandchilds life.

i got to meet my great grandpa before he died... the guy was out of it at times, had no idea who i even was... and all of the sudden he looked at me and said "sorry about darrell, he was an asshole"...
