i finally found a decent source and am running my second cycle ever and 1st cycle in three years.
Stats:
age28
6'5"
230lbs.
18-20bf
Diet:
3500 calorie, natural chicken, rice, tuna, oatmeal, spinach, asparagus,salmon, and WHEY protein shakes. skim milk. 100%juices, WATER.
Fairly clean. 400 gram protein daily intake.
Goals:
20 lbs bulk, 15lbs after bloat gone
decrease bf to 10-14MAX
Fitness:
College Basketball competitor for div 1 school, have remained physically fit and active working out with weights and cardio since puberty, First cycle was three years ago and was a 10 week deca 400 only cycle with clomid as PCT for 2 weeks.
Current cycle will be :
Organon Karachi SUST250 500mg Wk1-10
Clomid NEED ADVICE ON QUANTITY
And i have nolva on hand in case of gynocomastia.
I just need to know about what to use on the amount of clomid and should i run it more than 2 weeks, and should i run any thing during the cycle for gyno prevention?
