Fake Test & deca?

Started my cycle 5 weeks ago and have been seeing great results. The first test I had was lux tech labs and deca is frontier pharmaceuticals with a kangaroo on the label - restocked the test and got BioTech Laboratories and am questioning it's legitimacy. I've only had three injections with the new stuff and have a knot on each cheek and am feeling like I'm no longer gaining or something. Someone told me and I read that using fake stuff can cause these knots, etc...but I also heard it could just be an irritation or something. Has anyone ever heard of these labs? Any input would be appreciated - thanks in advance!

I've only had three injections with the new stuff and have a knot on each cheek and am feeling like I'm no longer gaining or something. Someone told me and I read that using fake stuff can cause these knots, etc...but I also heard it could just be an irritation or something. Has anyone ever heard of these labs? Kangaroo on the label? Sounds like SYD Group.
