Fairly new to posting however long time reader, and my PICS

Heres a few pic's, still have some water bloat from my first cycle, should be gone in a week or 2 though when I start my PCT. And yes I know, BAD poses, did them in a hurry and I have no idea how to pose. Just wanted to take a few quick pics while i had a digital camera at my disposal. Stats are 6'1, 225, 24yo. Only done one mild QV test E cycle to get a taste of gear, been training a few years now.

Looks good - verrrry nice arms. Bicep has a great peak on it. Back looks like it has a lot of potential, traps look good. Chest needs a little more work, as do maybe the rear delts? Looks like you can see your abs....if you flex...? How are the legs?

You look great hun! :) Good work, keep it up!
 
I think that your poses are not good, but you look awesome, nice biceps and shoulders, you should work the abs, still working!

nice job! your back is lagging. heavy deads and rows will thicken it fast. nice genetics in the bi department, nice peaks!
 
Thanks for all the replies. My legs are not worked hard, i do more low weight high reps. I busted my knee a few times in high school. Tore my ACL twice so i try to keep it easy on my legs, light squats, calf raises and such. I do work them just not as hard. Im busting my ass working my abs right now, i definetely can see a difference since the picture was taken. Back I will definetely start doing more heavy sets to build up some mass. From looking at the pictures I know i have more mass than seen but my poses suck haha.
