THANK YOU!!! It seems a lot of people on the board tend to minimize the importance of a propper diet. Once that is in place... make sure your routine is spot on and that you give it 100% every time with good form too. Once all that is done... AAS has a role in enhancing gains etc.
Just go by the mirror and a 7 poiny bf test. Neither of those lie!
