FACT-You cant loose weight on juice!

I have been doing cardio like theres no tomarrow and I have been
steady at the same weight. I am at the end of my cycle so I want
to cut up and all I am on is deca, Eq, and winny. And my diet is good.
So should I cut out the cardio until I start PCT?
 
Yep. I am at the same weight, but been on my cycle for four weeks (just did my fourth injection today 400mg deca). I have dropped my bf from 20% four weeks ago to 16.5% today and I've stayed at 196.
 
well, how do you look compared to a few weeks ago? if you see no results it could also be your dieting or just plain bad habbits (drinking, eating late, etc). i would have to say that you are gaining muscle as you lose fat. also, you may be retaining some water weight too, which isnt a bad thing.

Drop the Deca and increase the Winny. No more than 200 mg of Deca just to keep your joints from aching. Deca will put water on where Winny will take it off. Also don't do a ridiculous amount of cardio or you will starve your muscles crying to grow.
 
Take a look in the mirror and see if its the same person before the cycle....How does your cloth fits and looks............How is your attitute with your improved body..........

cut out your carb.. .. U can .. it is all diet.. well mostly..
what are you eating?
