Facial blushing?

blueta2 said:
High BP does not cause irritation of the skin, only the redness.
Sounds like a classic case of Rosacea.
I have had it for years. Irish blood!
There is no cure, but there are remedies that help.
See a Derm to confirm diagnosis and go from there.

Good luck
cool a women in aas. ;)

Bro, that is exactly needto's point. You ASSUMED his diet was in check. Never assume anything when considering health risks and always start with the most basic causes. My bp went out of site last year while on sust. Most assumed it was the test but Mr. X said it was likely my diet. He was right. I was running a ketogenic diet and my body just did not agree with it. Within a week of changing my diet my bp started to come back into check.

As far as the bro with the facial blushing, it could be any of many things. I would check my bp right away and if it's high look strongly at your diet. If it's your diet you are likely using a lot of processed foods (e.g. luncheon meats, sliced cheese, canned foods, etc.). If you are, drop those ASAP. I'm sure you know to keep the sodium in check. It could also be rosacia like some of the other bros said but get the bp checked first. Always eliminate the most health threating causes first and work your way down.

Make sure you are using enough AI.

Well im not arguing...with anyone. But im also not assuming anything. I cant asume his diet is in check because he said nothing about it. Only info there was that he was on a good amount of Test. From a doctors standpoint what is the first thing you do. Address a chemical being put in your diet. Its like having a crack head come to you and saying "i keep loosing weight". Dont say eat more food...stop doing crack.
The redness from drinking a few beers isnt the result of BP. The effects of drinking in moderation and BP are still unknown in a reasonable...drinking in large amounts will raise your BP slightly. This comes from the High BP Association of America.
The combination of the two bad diet and test could be it or it could be either or. Basically we are all a bunch of juicers here...so ya god forbid we give the juice up...we would rather change the diet...lol....

I'm not sure if it is BP or estrogen, but I find that drinking enough water really takes care of the problem.

Is there anything I can do about it? It has gotten really annoying lately and my face has been hot and red for a lot of time now ( good chunks of the day). Ive had it before but now it feels as though my skin has been getting irritated from it, cause my skin for so much of the day...... Im on a good amount of test though but it still i dont think ever been an annoyance
