Facial Bloat Continuing in PCT

Hey there

I ended my first cycle (test-e and deca) 2 weeks ago and have been on a thorough PCT with Clomid, Tamoxifen and HCG in addition to the Primordial Performance stack.

I got a lot of facial bloat at some point during my cycle and it hasn't gone down at all. It's the first thing people say who haven't seen me in a while, as opposed to my gains!

I've tried herbal diuretics but no luck.

Is there any fix for this? I still have some anastrazole left over, not sure if i should try that during pct.

thanks for any help, I'm at a loss :\

Arimidex .25Mg-.5MG every 3 days. Sounds like you might be on the high side with Estrogen. Also I cannot stress low sodium diets. Some guys just hold water more then others. Also do not forget about your blood test during PCT. Blood work is not being stressed enough these days Before cycle and after should be included in your AAS budget.

when i got my first blood test before my cycle, my doctor sent me to go a really distant clinic. There were no places around me that did it apparently.

Is there another way I can get tests done? I assume you mean get my testosterone levels checked, anything else?

i had no other symptoms of Aromitization during my cycle at all.

thanks for the info!

Lipid and Hormonal panels should be checked. Nelson also brings up a good point up ^ the cardio. Their are many services online who will do this for you at a small fee. Basically go to a hospital/clinic and get your blood drawn and send to online supplier. When I get home to my other PC I will give you some links.

wow thanks I really appreciate that. big help, thanks

agree estrogen is high but should go down fairly quick--just watch you salt intake and drop the water natty--stay away from diuretics (unless right before a comp these should be avoided as they can be abused/addictive)
