My first freaking order from QV and what did i get?? I letter from customs. Just under $500.00 Covered at least 4 cycles. Shit!! I, I, I need to take a nap before my head explodes.

That sucks man, happened to me once. Just take the letter and burn it. Do not reply at all. Best of luck!
Ordering is a gamble so don't be shocked when you lose. Consider yourself lucky they decided not to pay you a visit. A $500 order is "boarderline intent to sell." Was in from withing the States?
A lesson to be learned here. Keep orders small -- small enough to fit in an envelope.
And next time, use a different name. As a matter of fact, I'd wait a while before pushing your luck again.

Thats a great way to look at it, I feel the same
Some real good int'l sources will resend (atleast partial orders) with a verified customs seizure letter, therefore I would not destroy it.
