hits the quads a lot harder...it's taken me a while
to get used to the forum, and wrist wraps help, but i dig it.
i don't have a rack so this so this is what i rely on.
overall i think f/squatting is a better workout than back squatting, plus i don't have to use as much weight and can
dump it easier.
any commentary?
