i got out of the marines last june. today i got a letter sayin i have to muster in memphis for my yearly muster for 4hrs just to check in and make sure your still physically ready and so on......well guess what.....the had to pick the exact day (oct 4)and time of my damn meet.... i feel like screamin...i've been lookin forward to this for a while now. now im gonna have to find another w/in drivin distance pretty soon.....sorry....had to vent

i'm still "inactive reserve" which means i dont do anything but i can get called back in case of war or something...so they wanna make sure im still alive and able and everything...muster is just another word for get together or meet actually.....military and their different language and you have to be inactive reserve for 3yrs in my case bc i was in for 5yrs. 8 yrs total either way.
