from your other post i know u have 5mg tabs. i would take 1 every 4 hours:
Wake up (6am): 5mg
10am: 5mg
2pm: 5mg
6pm: 5mg
10pm: 5mg
another alternative is to take 15mg 1/2-1 hour pre-workout and ther other 10mg post workout. but i prefer to spread them out.
