Extreme loss of energy and Strength

Hey guys,

So long story short, I started my cut cycle about a week ago taking LipoStim, LipoFlame, HCGenerate, N2KTS, Need2Slin, and GEAR. I felt great the first couple of days, nothing new in my routines or anything just some damned good stims.

But the past couple of days I've been having incredible drops in strength and energy, so discouraging that sometimes I even left mid workout (which I've NEVER done).

So any insight on what the problem might be? I've only been eating lean lunches and dinners, low cal count and fat content, and no breakfast. Am I not eating enough cals?

I've also been sleeping from about 7-8 hours of sleep a night so I'm sure that part of it too....

Any suggestions help,

(Oh yeah and by the way, ever since I started this rotation, I havent even needed to take a dookie for like a good 3 days or so..........but I also dont feel bloated or constipated. So any help with that would be nice too) :worried:
 
Do not skip breakfast. you need to eat breakfast and you need some sort of complex carb early in the morning. I prefer oatmeal or whole wheat bread. Its very important. You will lose strength and energy without carbs and calories no matter how many stims you're on. Those are some powerful damn products you're using and will get you to your goals, but DIET IS KEY!!!!!! Post up your normal meal schedule for us, for a better critique. Try eating more often, just less amounts per sitting. Add some good complex carbs early in the day for more energy.
 
You are under eating, like seriously, you need 5 to 6 small meals throughout the day, all containing lean protein, some carbs in the earlier meals, and healthy fats. Right now your body is running on nothing but stims and you are going to burn yourself out and stall your metabolism.

There is no excuse to skip breakfast!!! It the most important meal of the day.

You're setting yourself up for some serious adrenal fatigue, overtraining, loss of lbm, and **gasp** FAT GAIN.

You seriously need to get your diet together. 1500 and DJ gave you good advice.
 
Some good advice in here already, but I also recommend getting a rough outline of your diet posted up so that we can help you with any more advice. But on a stack like that, most nutrients (of the little bit you are eating) is feeding your muscles, and not going straight to your gut for emptying.

Under eating will DEFINITELY slow your metabolism though AND lead to fat gain as previous noted.
 
TOO many stims will cause CNS degradedation leading to a lack of training desire. Eat proper macros, keep sleeping, sleeping is important for recovery.

eat more meals, get some carbs in, run some morning cardio

Thank you to everyone for the help.

Problem with eating so many times a day and training early morning is that I have class in the morning for which I have to wake up at 6:30 for. And from 8:00 to 3:30 with an hour long lunch break usually leaves me time for three or four small meals tops......will that work for me? If I eat four small meals?

Also, does this mean I will have to drop some of my supps for this rotation?

Normally I lift on my 'on' days and train jiu jitsu or muy thai on my 'off' days. I usually do chest, arms, upper back with cardio and core on tuesday; legs, lower back, and light core and cardio on thursday. I train jiu jitsu and muy thai with some wrestling thrown in on mondays and wednesdays and saturdays. Rest on friday and sunday, usually some med to heavy cardio on sundays.

For 'breakfast' I usually have some green tea and a couple of fiber bars first thing in the morning. Lunch I normally have a burrito with chicken, rice, black beans, cheese, and salsa along with some chips. And Dinner varies, usually some lean protein with carbs.

I suppose I could eat some oatmeal with my fiber bars for breakfast, that would probably help. And I have a little break from class at 9:30, would anyone recommend eating something then?

Your breakfast sucks badly. You need protein with every meal. Eggs and oats would be a good breakfast. You are definitely undereating for you activity levels.

I might be the lone voice on this one, but..... All those supps you're running are a waste. Stop the supps until you get a grasp on your diet.
