Extreme loss of energy and Strength

Definitely have a nice regimen on the supplements, add in some solid meals and you will be good to go!

Maybe switch up your training routine as well. I don't know what you are doing now but if you are doing too much and without the meals being in place, could cause you to be overtraining.

Good advice from everyone about the diet, eating more meals, breakfast, carbs, etc. I would suggest that you probably need to drink more WATER. If you think you are drinking enough, you probably aren't. You are taking a lot of supplements (which is fine) but YOU NEED WATER TO TRANSPORT THEM. That is also why you are constipated.

I would monitor your carb intake and then go from there.
You could have a cortisol issue because of excessive stims as well.
Who knows.... maybe you are just fighting something and need to lay off the stims to allow your immune system
to get back on track.

You should keep track of everything you intake during the day including water intake. This will help you see where you are at diet wise and see what you need to add. Check out FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal. It has a great format for this. Diet is the most important part of being fit. Without a good diet, supplements will do little to nothing.

Thanks again everyone for all the help.

As far as the water goes, I drink 8 oz every twenty minutes at the least. And since that i all the body can absorb I dont think thats the problem.

I take iron capsules because I am borderline anemic so the doc said that can cause severe constipation, so I think for that particular issue I know the root of the problem. Doc also said that while taking the iron that I shouldnt have any of these side effects and previously I didnt have any.

Im definitely seeing the diet side of it and the sleep too........I got about 10 hours last night instead of 6 and could see the huge difference in my energy during MMA training and afterwards. As for the diet, I went out and bought a bigass tub of oatmeal and a 2 lb bag of Big Blast (thanks to orbit!)

So once again I appreciate the help everyone, just one last question......

For my 9:30 eating opportunity in the morning, I dont have a whole lot of options.....the leanest one I have is a breakfast burrito with potatoes ONLY in it. High carbs yea but would that be alright? If not I'll pack something and bring it

Can you take meals or shakes to class?

Your breakfast sucks badly. You need protein with every meal. Eggs and oats would be a good breakfast. You are definitely undereating for you activity levels.

I might be the lone voice on this one, but..... All those supps you're running are a waste. Stop the supps until you get a grasp on your diet.

Shakes I could probably bring but meals, unfortunately not.

I'm planning on just getting a quick handle on it so that I dont have to stop my supps, but if that doesnt work out soon, Im right there with ya.

Sooooo egg whites, oatmeal, and fiber bars for breakfast. Lunch and dinner I usually get good protein........could I just pop a BigBlast in between each with GEAR to supplement a meal with less protein?

I don't know much, so dont bitch at me if i'm wrong. But would all those supps, and water put some strain on your liver?

No youre not wrong at all, but HCGenerate is a liver health pill as well as its many other functions. It works very well PCT for anabolic cycles so I'd assume it works just as well if not better for non-AAS supps.

Oh and by the way, I've put myself on a new diet eating 4-5 small meals a day with a protein shake as the 6th and its working great. I have a ton of energy and drive to work out all day along with more strength to beast fools in the gym!

Cant thank everyone enough for the input

you can also scale back the dosage of supps by 1 pill here and there and see if it makes you feel even better

I can only speak on my end being the formulator of the Lipostack that it is Strong in and of itself and some find that cutting back by a pill finally hits the sweet spot performance and feel wise
