Extra Skin Help....

I am currently 16, about 6'4" 156lbs. I was overweight as a child until about 13, when I went on a rigorous diet and lost weight (about 30lbs or so through years 13-15). However, I recently have not been able to lose a little extra skin on my torso (chest, stomach,etc.) I can see my 4 upper abs just fine, but my lower stomach is pretty much covered in 2-3 inches of skin. Problem is, I started running about 2.5 miles a day a week ago, train with weights, and all that stuff. I really can't lose any more weight...since I'm already skinny. I need to know if this will get rid of the excess skin-or if it is permanently there. I heard that as long as you are young, your skin will reform and tighten with time, but how long exactly? If it is possible to lose the extra skin around my stomach and chest, how long will it take based on my workout schedule? I need to know since this is only my first week on my aforementioned schedule, and I don't want to be doing all this for nothing...any help would be appreciated, just want to make all this hard work pay off...thanx guyz...
 
um 6'4 and 156? hmm
anyhow to answer your question, you really can't lose any skin, alot of it is water anyhow. If your looking to be ripped, i would say Gain some muscle, like a good 50lbs of muscle at 6'4 ;)
 
should I just cut cardio by a lot, like 2 times a week, and just go full-out muscle gain? I have a bench press and a pretty complete gym at home so I can do that...if its the only way to transform the skin...what do u recommend eating-again, my body gains weight fast, so I need a pretty good idea of a diet...
 
Well that depends, what EXACTLY are your goals? do you want to gain size/muscle? Do you want any strength, do you just want to have that ripped look? Can you devote 3-4days a week to lifting? Give us some more details and we will give u some good answers ;)
 
Thanx for the reply I really do need help- Anyway, I don't wanna be big, I simply want to be cut- ever see "Memento", with Guy Pearce, I really wanna look like that-lean but cut. Yes, I can devote all week to training if I have to by the way, I have all the right equipment at home. I just want to shed, or hide that skin somehow, even if I have to gain back some weight...
 
By the way, strength isn't important, I'm just looking to improve looks. It makes sense really, a guy as skinny as me and yet I have what looks like a belly, its kinda awkward...
