if you do this stuff do it as a warmup to lifting.
any plyo type stuff will rev up the nervous system for several hours and help you lift more. Hell, if I did intense plyos at night I sure would not be able to get to sleep easily.
I do not like doing explosive stuff (o-lifting, sprinting, etc) when on steroids that cause water retention or excessive pump (d-bol, anadrol, test with no anti e)... the strength you get from that stuff really has alot to do with improved leverage, making it great for the slower lifts like benching and squatting....doesn't help my quick lifts at all though.
