Hey all, for the first time since leaving college i finally have the time and resorces to try different dieting experiments on myself. Iv always been active and im studying sport and exercise science at uni currently which leaves me with alot of time on my hands to do this. Infomation and veteran experiences would be a massive help, so heres the test1.
Probably done before but i want to see the effects on the avarage joe, ie me. Im going to take my body fat % tonight and weight and then start with this.
6 cans of tuna, 3tbsp of mayo and one med size broccolli a day. thats it. I will be doing 20mins HIiT 3 days a week abd lifting two more. Il post pics before and after when i start. So aby info would be great, cheers.
