Hi
Im taking HgH for the first time ever, started 5 days ago...
I started taking 4iu HgH a day, and will do that for 4-5 months for ripping... Have at the moment 23% BF... and want to get down to about 8%
I will start taking a little Testo Propionate (every third day) and chewing Aromasin in a few days... and will go on and off the Testo during the whole 4-5 month HgH cycle (with every Testo-Hgh combo-cycle lasting 4 weeks on, and 6 weeks off the Testo)
...BUT ...Im 5 days into the HgH cycle now, with 4iu a day, and I feel that I look a little "puffy" in the face...
Is this normal on HgH, and will this go away after say, a week or two?
I've heard that some ppl start with 2iu and then slowly work their way up to 4iu a day, should I do that? ...Or can I continue to stick to 4iu a day?
I haven't really started to count calories or anything, coz Im more into endurance sports. Such as Triathlon and MMA, so I need a little more calories and Carbs than a BB'er on a contest diet... But if someone have some nice tips I'll be more then thrilled... Im 88kg (23% BF) and not looking to add any dramatic musclemass to my frame, but rather getting to a ripped 8% BF (while not loosing any strenght).
Plz help
