And you last meal of 6 cups of cottage cheese?

Yea I know its crazy but it digest slowly and it's 84 grams of protein. I have always been pretty lean at 5'11 205-210, but that was with doing cardio 4x a week. No cardio now and have added a few more carbs with my cycle and WOW I have put on some un-wanted weight. Cutting back on carbs a touch and going to throw in a little cardio...
 
I agree on eating too much and that's alot of prop eod....do 75ed
 
Op, ultimatly what is your goal? More size? Cutting bf? Gotta pick one or the other. My first observation/guess, the added kcals plus stopping oF cardio, in 3 weeks you added some water from cho and test, maybe a lil fat too.
 
I am finishing second week 150mg eod of prop cycle,well I don't see to much change either(first I was suspecting my prop was fake).I am adding 100mg eod NPP and see how it goes.
So you might consider to add a second compound to your cycle.

I also have a question is 75ed is much more productive than 150eod prop on practice(?
