Expecting too much?

I am almost in my third week of taking prop EOD at 150mgs...I have increased my cal to about 5000 a day. I am alot smoother and my waist has increased 1/2 inch so I know I am taking in enough cals....:worried: I have gone from 209 to 220, BUT I have seriously put on some BF. I have put about 10lbs on my bench and about the same on my squat. All my other lifts are about the same. I am 34 at 5-11 and started off with a great foundation... Are these pretty good gains in three weeks for a first cycle? I think I came in expecting to much?

Have change to 75mgs ED instead of the 150 EOD.....
 
Take arimidex every other day. And yes drop the prop a bit. Calories? probably a bit too much and of the wrong sort.

What is a sample of your diet?

And yes, everyone expects way too much. Drugs are not magic. Even in my experineces I had to bust my ass. People wonder now and drug free how I stay big and lean...diet, smart training, and intelligent OTC supplementation.
 
Also I have decided to take off two days a week. For years I have lifted pretty much everday..
Here is my split
chest/neck
tris/bis
quads/hams/forearms
off/abbs/light cardio
delts/traps
back/calves
off/abbs/light cardio

DIET
meal 1) 12 jumbo egg whites 2 yolks, four pieces of wheat toast, 8 pieces turkey bacon ,two
pieces fat free cheese
LIFT
meal 2) 75 grams of protein whey mixed with gatorade and two bananas
meal 3) 15-20oz chicken 80 grams of oats
meal 4) two cans of tuna mixed with 1 whole egg and 3-4 pieces of wheat bread
meal 5) 15-20 oz of chicken bag of vegetables
meal 6) 6 cups of fat free cottage cheese 1.5ozs of almonds
2 gallons of water a day
 
I would have to disagree on dropping the test. He's at a pretty moderate dose.

Poster : test gains aren't really the best gains.
Everyone is different, your stength may go up only a litle but your body may recomp in the process. I'd give it a few more weeks

Hows diet look? This has pretty much been my diet with few modifications for years.....And I dont mind pinning so I have changed to 75mgs ED instead of 150 EOD?
 
Your routine looks like your overtraining
 
It looks like you are over-training, remember your muscles don't grow in the gym but when you rest.
I would do a 4 day split with 3 days rest and dont do cardio on those days.
This will allow you to train each part with more intensity and get more growth.
 
Sorry but 150 mg of prop eod is alot. Moderate dose? Gonna disagree with that.

You are eating too much. Should drop training to 3-4 times a week. Seems like you are pretty run down if you were training every day. And you last meal of 6 cups of cottage cheese?
