I am almost in my third week of taking prop EOD at 150mgs...I have increased my cal to about 5000 a day. I am alot smoother and my waist has increased 1/2 inch so I know I am taking in enough cals....
I have gone from 209 to 220, BUT I have seriously put on some BF. I have put about 10lbs on my bench and about the same on my squat. All my other lifts are about the same. I am 34 at 5-11 and started off with a great foundation... Are these pretty good gains in three weeks for a first cycle? I think I came in expecting to much?
