Exercises you can do anywhere without anybody noticing?

Does anyone know of any? I am a high school student, and I do not have much time for a workout, so I was hoping someone could help me so I could do exercises in class! Please respond ASAP!
 
pushups...crunchers...dips on the teachers desk...if u wanna do weighted ones have a hot girl sit on your lap...
 
Dick raises? Thats about as useful as doing nothing which seems to be what your suggesting. Theres always time to lift if your dedicated. You just have to make it.
 
only thing i think possible is the hand things...u know the onez u sqeeze a billion times...thats it besides siting in the back of the room and jerking off....go to the gym

the only thing you can do is isomentric contractions. Just sit there and pick a muscle like your pecs and contract them as hard as you can for 10 sec then rest for 1 min. repeat 5 times per bodypart. do this every day. report back.

lol this should turn up some intresting reports...ill die laughing if he comes back in a week and say he added 1/2 an inch to his chest from it hahahahaha
 
The best thing to do in class is relax, rest, and pay attention. Training is for the gym, not classrooms.



Or, you could pick up your desk using your calves for reps. Push up with your legs and down with your arms for a great workout. Hell, you don't even need weights or a gym. :D
 
Pretending to be in a hurry and run instead of walking while in public places. Sprint up the staircase at school/work instead of taking the lift. Carry a heavy bag everywhere you go, and while on the bus, don't sit down.
 
Find the football team captain in the hallway and slap the shit out of him. He will give you a good workout. But people will notice. Do this once a week until you decide it's time to listen to the teacher for a change. Once you complete your education find a good paying career and buy yourself a gym.

Remember, there will be plenty of time for working your body later. Work on the muscle between your ears while you can. 20" bicepts will only cause you trouble until you learn what it really means.
