Does anyone know of any? I am a high school student, and I do not have much time for a workout, so I was hoping someone could help me so I could do exercises in class! Please respond ASAP!

Lumberg said:the only thing you can do is isomentric contractions. Just sit there and pick a muscle like your pecs and contract them as hard as you can for 10 sec then rest for 1 min. repeat 5 times per bodypart. do this every day. report back.
