Exemestane - Gyno

I have a little gyno , and I don't use Letrozol , because , it's possible that letro make a reboud, and aggravate the gyno.

exemestane is for me ?

my doctor said, that i don't need a IA , but... he said this for the possible rebound.

exemestane not make a rebound , right ?

0,25 mg EOD , 1 month ?

I will make a Var cycle 4 week + tbol 4 weeks with some proviron, I know , this aas not aromatize, but ... is prefer have exemestane in hand.

Letro and Aromasin are pretty much the same and work within similar pathways. I have not experienced much of a rebound from aromasin or letro and that's because these coumpounds stops the production of estrogen depending on dosage. Letro being more potent than aromasin. It is wise to taper off when coming off any of these compounds though
As far as rebound is concerned it happens more frequently with nolvadex.

Tbol does not aromatize and I do not think var does either so you might not need it.

As for your cycle....you do realize that you are doing 3 orals which is a bit much regardless how your slice it. I would recommend 2 at most
