Whats up guys,

I am about fifteen days away from starting PCT and I needed some advice from you all. I am about to complete my first cycle:

Test E: 300mg/wk Wk1-10
Winstrol: 50mg/day Wk8-12

My initial stats were:

Height: 6'2"
Weight: 194lbs.
BF%: 9.5


Where I stand now:

Height: 6'8"(JK)
Weight: 218lbs
BF%: 12.5

Here are my questions:

1.)Do I need to conduct my workouts any differently? From personal experience, what have you all found works best as far as actual training is concerned?Meaning, do you extend your workouts, shorten them, keep them the same, ect?

2.) How soon can I/should I start cutting fat? I would like to start ASAP but not at the risk of losing alot of my gains. Should I wait and get on another cycle before I do this? I hate BF.

3.) Diet. What, if anything, do you all change about your diet to keep gains but also not promote fat gain?

4.) Anything else that I should do or know about?
 
1) You don't need to change your routine if you were still making gains. I would stick to it, unless you have run it into the ground.

2) I would wait until after PCT before considering cutting. And by that, I don't mean AAS assisted cutting. For THAT, I would recommend getting blood work done before starting another cycle.

3) If you were bulking, which it looks like you were, then you will need to lower you caloric intake to accomodate for the lower protein synthesis. Primarily, consume less protein because your ability to make use of the extra protein will start to subside shortly.

If your regimine is working for you keep it up

I wait about 1 month after my PCT before I start to cut down.


3.) Diet. What, if anything, do you all change about your diet to keep gains but also not promote fat gain?

Me personally I cut a lot of fat and dairy products out of my diet

4.) Anything else that I should do or know about?

Run a good PCT and get blood work done to confirm that you have recovered.
