Excess Body Hair?

i have high E2 and mid to high total t. Notsure about free t or DHT. I am experiencing alot of body hair growth. Growing thicker and in new places. Grows so fast. Why is this. Not like me. Been on proscar for 7 years and quit for 6 months. Is that why? Or is estrogen imbalance why? I also have red dry eyes, sensitive skin, hot flashes, blothy skin, etc...Just let me know.

i havent been on steriods in forever. I quit proscar for a while and maybe DHT was raising? WHo knows why? Weird. I have all sort of hormonal issues i think. E2 being main one. Think tcould cause this?
