ok so i have the men's health, home workout bible...it's ok but the workout plans dont really explain much...
anywho...buddy of mine at work who has been lifting for about 5 years, and another buddy who's been lifting for about 10 years showed me the article in the Dec. issue of ironman, for the abbreviated home gym workout, and they said i could start with that (5 days, 2 sets of 10-12 reps each excersie) he said it might be intense, but isnt that the goal here?...now, where can i find illustrations on all of these excersizes? i used search for "excersize illustrations" but came up with nothing...
I want to make sure i understand the excersizes before performing them you know?
