excercises you can't live without....

what are some of the most must have excercises in your workout. things you can't live without???

these are my fav's

chest- dumbell press
tri's- single are extension
bi's -
traps - dumbell shrugs
lats- bent over dumbell rows and the hammer strength machines
glutes- deadlifts
hams -
quads - lunges
calves - donkey calf raises i hate them but the work
 
In the short term, any exercise is dispensible. In the long term, the only exercise I'd consider someone particularly disadvantaged by being unable to do is the squat.

If I had to pick just one exercise to do for the rest of my life to the exclusion of all others, it'd be the back squat.

Like most young lifters the flat bench was always my favorite until recently. Since i have added deads to my workouts they are now my favorite.
