what are some of the most must have excercises in your workout. things you can't live without???
these are my fav's
chest- dumbell press
tri's- single are extension
bi's -
traps - dumbell shrugs
lats- bent over dumbell rows and the hammer strength machines
glutes- deadlifts
hams -
quads - lunges
calves - donkey calf raises i hate them but the work
