I am 185 pounds and cutting at 2000 cals a day on an Isocaloric diet. What would an example of a days diet look like? I have been using fitday and it is very easy to go over that in cals. Here is an example of what I had today(non-workout day):this is not in order but anyway-
Oatmeal- 1/2cup with 1/2oz pecans
3 Isopure zero carb shake's
chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
1 cup black beans
3 salad's with 1/2 tomato each+ 2 tbsp oil+vinegar dressing.
Just this came up to around 2000 cals!
69g fat
189g carbs
200g Pro

Usually I eat a can of tuna or two as well and no beans. Any advice? Sample Diet?
