Example of Isocaloric diet please?

I am 185 pounds and cutting at 2000 cals a day on an Isocaloric diet. What would an example of a days diet look like? I have been using fitday and it is very easy to go over that in cals. Here is an example of what I had today(non-workout day):this is not in order but anyway-

Oatmeal- 1/2cup with 1/2oz pecans
3 Isopure zero carb shake's
chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
1 cup black beans
3 salad's with 1/2 tomato each+ 2 tbsp oil+vinegar dressing.

Just this came up to around 2000 cals!
69g fat
189g carbs
200g Pro

Usually I eat a can of tuna or two as well and no beans. Any advice? Sample Diet?
 
Isocal diets are hard to sample because everyone's food intake is different.....

185lb.s and tryind to drop fat = 2200 cal per day
if you want to do the REAL isocal that's 34%protein/33%carbs/33%fat
ratios:
187g protein a day
182 g carbs a day
81g fat a day

How about for female's? My girl is 138 trying to cut on 1400 cals. Is that about right? Are there foods to definately stay AWAY from on an Iso diet?
