Close friend Roberto Piazza said the procedure involved injections and the liquid "went to her lungs and brain."

Well she died of an elective anal injection and you said yours wouldn't be elective. So the next logical conclusion would be.....

Any surgery is RISK, it not like your going out for a run or a bike ride. Seriously, people die all the time - it's just not talked about. You sign a waiver that your signature waives all rights against lawsuits or otherwise.
