no not cocky just stating the truth, a lot of people out there give a lot of advise but when it comes down to the actual work in the gym and the nutrition they fail,that is where the real dedication comes in the original thread was show some proof and thats what i did,it sounds like you took that the wrong way or something no way in hell sounded cocky.and as far as training for 1.5 years thats great but quality muscle comes after atleast five years of good training and nutrition doesnt matter what drugs you take if your training is not wright and your nutrition is not consistent it doesnt matter,and as far as being 5'8 195 thats great but what really matters is how much is quality muscle and at what bf% and only time and years will give you that,nothing cocky about that just the truth.
