My 1st cycle was wks 1-10 500mg test 250 mg deca, wks 1-4 30 d-bol day, nolva and clomid for pct. 3200 calories day. 50%pro, 30%carbs, 20% fat. Worked out 4 days wk, cardio 2 or 3 times wk. Had real good gains, about 15 lbs mostly muscle % body fat stayed about same as all I had was some in midsection. At 15% fat end of cycle. About week after cycle started feeling sluggish found out test dropped to low even with taking other supplements to try keep up. Went to 200mg test wk to maintain good levels and told will be from now on. Fixing to start 2nd cycle with Wk 1-10 750 test, 400 EQ 40 d-dbol day wk 1-4, nolva for gyno if needed, .25 arimedex EOD wk 1-16. 500 iu HCG every 5 days. Won't need PCT since go back to 200mg test wk. Also w/o 3 days week off cycle little lighter weights cardio 3 times wk.
