Every 3 days or just Twice/week?

deca 100
3 weeks later, thats a total of 4.2 grams

scenario 2, mon/thur:
sus 300
eq 200
deca 100
3 weeks later, thats a total of 3.6 grams

if you had the choice and you got dbol 40/day included in there, which would you do?

why dont you just do like a set day ie. mon and thursday. that ends up being every 3 days and every 4 days
