Several years ago I was messing around with a certain substance. One day, there were a few signs that indicated I was about to get in serious trouble. I kept picturing myself being taken away with my young child watching me go and my life crumbling around me. It was then that I made my deal with God to help me out of this and I would do everything I was supposed to do as a dad. The situation turned out for the best and I have since walked away from my bad habits.
