Ever just completely shut down when you're really stressed/anxious?

For example, I had a million things to do today and along the way I ran into several things ; bad news/time consuming problems/distractions. I got to the point where I became overloaded and just said fuck it. Now I can't get myself to do anything and My head was spinning for most of the day, so I got very little done to begin with.

Im not gonna say it happens frequently but it happens on days like today.
 
I had one of those last week.

No matter how much you try to move forward, it's just not happening.

Throw in the towel for the day and take care of yourself. Tomorrow is a new dayyyy, get up early go to the gym (always helps) and start rolling again.

That's where I went wrong today. I was gonna go to the gym earlier but then I didn't have enough time before my appointment. I think it would have helped a bit.

Problem is right now I can't go super early because school gyms keeps very limited hours during break.
 
I was reading something today about how we have a finite "bucket" of willPower to use each day and how stressful tasks take more willpower than nml tasks and how we slow down when we have a lot of really important stuff to do. And then I lost interest.

Go for an early jog, I'm sure the weather is nicer down there...We had like one sunny day this week and forget it, it was chaos. Accidents all over the place, people just get crazy. It's like unleashing a dog (lol) we go wild up here.
 
I just try to keep my cool and keep things in perspective the best I can. My relationship is solid luckily because that's when I have the most trouble dealing.

lol join club dude! think of all the crap i was dealing with in mia with my job chick etc if it wasnt for booze my head would of exploded hahahaha many days i was on the verge of choking my customers out and going on a rampage.. things always work out if you stick it out
