Where ARE all those flashbacks they promised me in 6th grade health class? Actual quote from my 6th grade Health textbook: "If you have EVER taken LSD you should NEVER drive a motor vehicle again! Flashbacks can occur at any time."
I was cheated. I did have a PCP flashback once about 4 days after smoking laced weed at a concert, but it wasn't really fun so I was cheated once again.

That's not a flashback, thats LSD reprograming your brain. Read the harvard Scientists Timothy Leary, he talks about it.

Nope, they are a myth. Like chestmaster is saying, a real vivid, intense, mind altering experience has those kind of effects where one might think they are re-living it.

In the ~25 times I've dropped LSD I've never had a bad trip. Mushrooms on the other hand are a complete mind fuck

my face would always hurt after LSD trips, too much smiling. I would generally sit there with a gallon of water and chug it down too - pissed all the time.

Mushrooms made my stomach churn, I had a constant grinding feeling, thought about life too much.

I thought I was having one before while laying in bed but I think it was more like night tremors. I kept opening my eyes and seeing shadows (like bats) coming towards me and I couldn't move a muscle.

Then I heard what sounded like police breaking in, and police dogs barking. The barking stayed in my ear and got louder and louder until it was all I could hear anymore. I snapped out of it after god knows how long but that scared the shit out of me. The entire time I was paralyzed.

That was senior year in HS, after I had tripped on acid/shrooms maybe 10 times. But like I said I think it was night tremors or something like that.

I think it was a dream w/ paranoia coming through.

I was really paranoid in HS about getting arrested for anything because I played
sports and that would have fucked up my life considerably.

Thankfully I waited untill HS was over to start getting arrested for shit.

I've had flashbacks. I used to take ALOT of Sid. I ate 25 squares in 5 days when I was on house arrest and bored.

same here....i think its because since the mind has seen/experienced that kind of shit, it can recreate it without the drug....or not necessarily recreate it, but be able to "see" it....since the shifts and waves are already there anyway.....

i'm not sure its oversaturated neurons.....although i have taken 15+ hits in more than one occasion.....even managed to drive around austin once after a crystal method show
