Ever go to confession?

Haven't done that since I was maybe 12 years old. Did you admit anything awful?

agreed...and i have been to confession for about 17 years...one of my friends got married a year after me...the priest had confession after the rehearsal...i was moved by the spirit, so to speak, and went...haven't done it since then...and, from time-to-time, i've been on the south side of a few of the commandments since then.
is that just a catholic thing or other religions have it?
Catholics are the only ones with telephone booths to GOD (I think) but confession/contrition/absolution is part of most Christian belief systems in one way or another.

i prefer the open confessional to the phone booth...jus' sayin'...

+1 ... and true "confession" is limited to only Catholics, they specifically believe that we confess our sins to the priest...and the priest forwards to the Father.
No need to mock, I wasn't raised Catholic, nor do I really agree with their belief system. But I was raised with religion and have a degree in world view and philosophy.
Keep the hating down on religions...its what people believe and take comfort in..
Besides...You dont see me hating on any ignorant F*cks that BELIEVED Obama would make a good president..
All in fun guys. hahaha, I for one have not been to church in about 6 years. =/

The earth is in the state it's in now because of Greed and selfiness... Nothing drives ppl like the mighty $$$$
