Squeeze the area between your thumb and index finger. It hurts, but do it hard for a while on each hand and it may help.

yes, i have bad allergies during this time of year, but this isn't the same as a sinus or cluster head-ache. it's debilitating.

yeah, I dont get headaches, and if I'm hungover I take advil.

My ex gf used to get chronic migraines...or that was just a well thought out excuse for not wanting sex. But I felt bad for her, it just made her feel like absolute crap.

That's a migraine bro. I've gotten those things since I was a child. At one point I had MRIs done to see if there was anything wrong, but nothing out of the ordinary was found. When I get mine, I got to have the room completely void of light, even the glow from my stereo and TV shit seems bright as the sun also the power button that flashes on my cel phone. And not to mention that if a mouse farted 3 rooms away it would sound like an explosion. Most of the time I have to sleep in an upright position, laying down hurts too much. I usually just load myself up with some sleep medecine and try to sleep it off. Good luck with that!

try getting a wash cloth and wetting it with as hot water as you can stand. then hold it up to ur nose and sniff it. It puts moisture in ur sinuses and may help

Yes and constant one for two years and counting…..it’s not very tall but it’s got a big mouth and I’m sure she’ll be the death of me.
