I mean, I have ZERO time for local friends at all. Between training and working and spending time with my family, I have no time to be with friends.

It really sucks sometimes, but I guess that’s the price you pay. For me, I would rather be with my family, then hanging out with the boys. Life goes by so fast and I don’t want to miss much with them.

I have made some VERY close friends on this board, and you all know who you are, and these people have been kinder and more caring than anyone I have met in a local situation.

Anybody else like this, or is it just poor old neglected Kronk, lurking in the shadows of his wife Kronkette...

I know where you are at Kronk... Try working 12 hours a day, and studying to get into a top MBA program.. Throw in work outs, and sleep.. gives we about 7 hours of unstructured time a week.. life's swell.

I feel like that too. I think it's because the only friends I have ARE on this board. LOL ... no, seriously I went to a high school 2 cities over and I havent started college fulltime yet so this is kind of a lull period for me in terms of girls and just general friends, but I dont really care about popularity and all that anyway... Seriously I used to care alot in my first 2 years of highschool but I soon realized the futility of it....bodybuilding and other things about me give me quite a bit of self confidence and I found I no longer really need the approval of others to feel good about myself. I could go for some sex though, THAT is one reason I'm very eager to go to college.

I know what you mean. I get off at 3pm, go home to eat and change clothes and head to the gym at 5. After I'm done busting my butt off at the gym I dont feel like doing anything during the week so its limited on what I do. With training being a big part of my life, I dont really have time to devote to a commited relationship either. IMO, girls just make me lose my train of thought.

Kronk...I hear ya. I used to post on this board a lot more, but since I started working a lot, I have cut down on it. I miss it at times...but after you quit posting so much...you kind of get used to it. I don't have a lot of time for much...so I just hop on here occasionally and get my posts in. I have made some wonderful friends on this board, though...and met the one I love...so there have been good things to come out of this place!

Now were talking, I got some of the "better" as well. Someone needs to make brownies (and make sure to use no fat eggs and splenda cause Im cutting) LOL

Just for you Kronk....


-Purchase some brownie mix that has no more than 9 servings to it.
-1 Stick of butter
-1/8 th of high grade marijuana
-Coffee grinder
-2 eggs
-3 teaspoons of water.

-Place stick of butter in pan on stove. Make sure the heat is not above level 1 or low, low heat is the key. Wait till butter melts.
-Place entire 1/8 th of marijuana in coffee grinder for about 10 seconds.
-Empty contents in the butter, let it sit for at least 30 minutes, butter or oil traps the THC(compound that gets you high) so it does not escape when heated in oven.
-Preheat oven at 350
-After 30 minutes mix the cannabutter with only HALF of the brownie mix along with the eggs and water, again, only use half of the brownie mix, remember we are making 4 huge brownies.
-Set in oven for about 25 minutes.

Let these wonderous delectables cool then eat them, please only eat 1. Give them a solid 45 minutes and you will be good for an easy 5 -6 hours. Enjoy the ride my man....heh heh heh

the only true friends i have in my hometown or in the u.s. right now are family and my wife. my moms, stepdad, and wife are all my best friends, but other than them, i have none.

but if i lived away from them and in the same town as my buddy who's in oki right now, then yes, he'd take my mom and stepdad's place..

then again.. if i was in s.f. and he wasn't around, nor were my mom or stepdad, i'd be hanging out with my wife and her brother in law and her cousin..

or if i was in san diego, and my mom and stepdad and friend in oki and wife's brother in law and cousin weren't around, then i'd be chilling with my two friends that live down there and my wife.
