evening cardio

i have read all about AM cardio and how its the best time of day to do i. but i have also read about doing cardio in the evening after your last meal. Any one done this? also if you did how long did you wait after your last meal? any help would be appreciated
 
I do 40 mins cardio after my last carb/protein meal of the day and have had great results. I follow my cardio with a protein/EFA drink a couple hours later just before bed. To be honest the cardio on an empty stomach thing is something that never worked any better for me although others here swear by it. Best of luck.
 
when i'm cutting, i like to deplete all my glucose before bedtime. so i go for a 40 minute moderate paced walk and when i arrive home i have a high protein, low fat meal.
 
I usually do cardio after weight training. I've always had good results from it. My day starts about 4:30am, so u can say am cardio is not in my near future.

After weight training, the cardio that's done usually eats into fat stores since heavy weight training depletes most glycogen stores.
