what you do is go up to a girl and be like "hey i bet iv got better table manners than you"

and shell be like "no i doubt it"

and then you say "how about i take you out to dinner and prove it"

Sublime, its creative no doubt, but I dont think it would work. You see right after I said "I bet I have better table manners then you" she would probably just turn her head and completely ignore and start talking to someone else, or should would say 'well maybe' or something like that, and blow me off. Or say "what?!?" and just look confused.

And after I ask her out, she would probably just say 'no' and roll her eyes at me.

In anycase, I might try it if I get really desperate and find a situation for it.
