Estrogen results

I've been on trt for 6 weeks now and the first few weeks I felt awesome and the past couple weeks I've been kind of lethargic. I had blood drawn and total t 1 day after injection was 854 which is at the top range. I had estrogen tested too and it was 34.66 on a range of 47 or under. Do you think this estrogen level is on the high side? Should I be taking an ai? I've read that you want estrogen to be between 15-20 for optimal results (feeling wise).

Any input is greatly appreciated. I'm on 100mgs of test cup a week.

is there anything else u'r taking or any change in ur life style, u know it could be psycological sometimes, did u check ur thyroid and adrenal panel ? u know these 2 glands when they're functioning low (low TSH , T3 , T4 , cortisol....) they make ppl very lethargic and fatigued all the time, and can't deal with stress.

btw looking at ur E2 numbers i say u may start a low dose of Adex of 0.25mg/e3d or eod.
