Estrogen Free/Safer Cycle

Hey guys, I am thinking of doing a cycle in which none of the compounds convert to estrogen. This is because I am very susceptible to gyno... 200 mg/week of T. Enanthate caused the symptoms to start occurring in my first cycle. So first, here's my stats:

165lbs
5'10"
Working out for 5 years
19 years old
~9% BF
Ectomorph naturally
Done 1 cycle before, ejected early due to gyno symptoms

My goal is to get the physique that women find attractive. I'm almost there, but I just need a little bit more size and tone. It think that this cycle will help me accomplish my goal:

Primobolan Enanthate 300 mg/week (weeks 1-12)
Winstrol Caps 50 mg/day (weeks 7-12)
PCT
12 weeks off

What do you guys think? I was also thinking of Anavar for the first six weeks, 30 mg/day.

I know that somebody my age shouldn't be using steroids, but I understand the risks, and I've decided that I'm going to do it anyway. To minimize the risk to me I'd just like some advice from some of the more experienced forum users here.
 
5 years, and still 165 and your 5'10"???? you need to post up your w/o rouotine and diet bro. Something is off.

I say that because a) your 19 and this board does not condone giving advice to people under 21 involving AAS. b) Your age, you should have so much natural test in your body that all you should need is food. As I said If those are your stats after 5 years, something is seriously wrong with your diet and work out .
 
Ok I've had numerous routines, but here's one of my latest:

Day 1: 3 sets * 8 reps per exercise

Flat bench
Chin ups (until failure)
DB shoulder press
DB lateral deltoid raise
Shrugs
Reverse flies
DB bicep curls
Skull crushers
Crunches until failure

Day 2: 3 sets * 8 reps per exercise

Box squats
Lunges
Hamstring curl
Calf Raise
Adductor/Abductor
Oblique twists

6 days per week.

Here's what I ate yesterday:

Meal 1: Strawberry pancake, orange juice
Meal 2: Sandwich
Meal 3: Ceasar salad, juice
Meal 4: Burger, juice
Meal 5: Protein shake
Meal 6: Junk food

And I don't understand why as soon as you turn 21, that's the magical age at which it is safe to use steroids. 20 and 10 months, nope that's too young. 21 and 0 months, sure here's some A-bombs. I'm going to be doing a cycle regardless, if you guys want to help me maintain better health while I'm at it, it would be much appreciated. If you're not going to help, realize that you aren't swaying my decision to take the stuff one bit, and if you cared so much about <21's, you'd give me advice.
 
I think you have a lot that you can improve on there ^^ both with your workouts and with your diet. At your size, I would think that sticking with fewer exercises but going for more compound movements (deadlifts, squats, bench, rows, etc) would be better than working out all the smaller muscles like you're currently doing. Your diet is really, really lacking in both bulk and especially protein. Check out the diet section in this site. You're definitely NOT ready for steroids yet. Beyond arguments about age, you just don't have the physical development at your height to use to them to much advantage.

It seems like what you're trying to achieve (the physique women find attractive) is totally possible without gear. Work harder.

Ok, with the best of intentions....even though you will likely be offended....That is the most piss poor diet I have ever seen. your lucky if your getting 1200 calories a day. Let alone 150 grams of protein. Holy shit no wonder you cant grow. The fact that you dont seem to understand yet that DIET is 70% of this big game we play means you are not ready for AAS. Heres some more news your not going to like, with that diet, AAS will do dick for you. period.
Even if your going to choose to take AAS at your age, you really need to get your shit together with diet and workout.
First off, Get your protein up to 2 grams per pound of body weight. MINIMUM! Get some complex carbs in there with the first three meals Like OATS and brown rice. Get some good fat in there, Natty PB, cashew butter, Walnuts, Almonds, Flax, Fish oil, Olive oil. If you must eat bread, ake it whole grain or wheat at least. Make sure its at least 6 meals a day NOT including your post w/o shake. Your going to have to eat even when your not hungry.
Drop all that garbage your eating except for a post w/o shake. Get some red meat in your diet. lots of it. Get your daily calorie intake up above 4000 if not up to 5000. Your an Ecto so get those carbs up there too(good carbs). Drop the junk food.
Forget weight gainer and all that garbage, use food.

Your work out isnt real good either, well, it blows actually. you want to build muscle with your body type right? Then i would drop all the fancy bullshit and use compound movements. For one your hitting every body part three days a week. Holy over training!!. To top it off your doing chest, back, bis, tris, in one day. Whats that take 2 hours? Thats ridiculous. Your doing 3 sets for chest!! are you seriously trying to grow with 3 sets of chest? thats not even a warm up.
Do a split like this:
day 1 chest/tri's
day 2 Back bi's
day 3 legs
Now rest one or two days and repeat.

Day 1 chest
day 2 back
day 3 rest
day 4 shoulders
day 5 arms
day 6 legs
day 7 rest

with either of these splits, you have to focus on butchering the muscle group your working while keeping your w/o's to 50 minutes or less.
Chest, warm up with some flat bench for 2-3 light sets
move into dips for a good 5 sets. then to low incline DB press for another 5 sets. use super strict form. Rest a minute or so between sets.
Back, warm up with lat pull downs, then get into some bent over BB rows for 5 sets then some chins(un assisted real chins)

Sholders, Military BB press and side raises

Arms, camber bar curls for bi's and dips and press downs for tris

squats and deads for legs

Stick with the compound movements if you want to build muscle. Support it with the proper diet and you will put on a shit load of mass, I promise.
If I sound like a dick then I'm sorry. But you have a shitty w/o and diet and are trying to get AAS to do all the work for you without all the needed things to support it. Being that its likely your not going into the NFL, then you dont need AAS at your age. With your current stats its not going to do much for you. And with the "i'm doing a cycle regardless of what you say" attitude then you probably wont get alot of help here. positive or otherwise.
 
^^ I couldnt have said it any better. 21 isnt the magical age, 25 actually is because you dont stop growing until then. If your persistant than keep it light. Im running masteron/proviron with little test when needed for 6 weeks. Honestly, you dont need a cycle to get a sexual physique your looking for. Work out, Eat lean and right and do cardio. Oh and dont forget your 8 hours of sleep.

Be patient brother, you got a long life ahead of you and you don't need to jump to a 27 year olds body when your just 19. Its simply UNHEALTHY.
