Whats the best estrogen blocker? and when is the best time to run it? because some say it ok to run it during a cycle and some say its best to wait toward the end. which is the is the best way for better reaction ?

as mentioned in thread above AIFM, aromasin is also a good choice.

during and after cycle

IMO run it both during and after, you can low dose during cycle if you choose (to get the higher estrogen- while still controlling it)

Wow things have changed over the years I've been away. If I were reading this post 5 years ago, we'd all be talking about Nolvedex and Clomid. I always liked Clomid and it also promoted an increase in Test levels according to some and it always worked to suppress the Gyno and it was cheap cheap.

clomid actually does very little to stop gynecomastia (affinity and ER isoform), nolva on the other hand can help block the ER in breast tissue (however its estrogenic action upregulates PgR which can be problematic with progestins like nandrolone and trenbolone)

and yes the science has advanced.

AI's are preferable to SERMS in many cases. Clomid is still a staple for PCT

but really what is important is u take what matches the chemistry u are using.

well at least for dbol and EQ, AIFM is quite superior because of its 5-beta reductase inhibition

Yes i ive used T-cyp Tren ace and anadrol before. ive never used any estrogen blocker before, but i want to start covering all bases when i start this time

Aromasin is even stronger than Letrozole? From everything I've seen Letro is THE most powerful, overly powerful even which is why many don't like it...

FYI <-- Loves Letro and will never stop saying it, but does miss mr. woody sometimes

then aromasin or AIFM.

if you have run those before without issue you probably wont need the absolute estrogen elimination of letrozole. pretty much never reccomend arimidex.

from start to finish (and that includes through PCT)

Low dose during PCT (1 pump per day- except when using HCG)
