YA know guys, is this a forum or a pissing match. Ulter, macro, Nelson, they all have opinons. Take them for what they are worth and move on. I have been reading and training since 1985 and will always learn something from someone. What good would it be to rip on everyone ya don't agree with? What the fuck gets accomplished? Is Ulter a monster, no but he looks better than most the pimple infested fat asses here. Same deal for nelson. I bet they all have been in better health for more consectutive years than the majority here.

Stop dragging these fucking treads out. Read it and move on. Go ahead and make a comment, but stop wasting space by bitching.

I think it's hard not to draw a mental image of people on here based on advice and posts they give. Then to see their pic can sometime shock you. For myself, I had a mental image Ulter was some big freak. When I see his pic, he's just an average joe, in shape none the less. Just not what I expected. That's the reason for my comment "Wow, i'm speechless". Props to him for posting a pic. I will never post pic on this board or any board. Just don't feel safe doing it. I'll post stats all day long though.
It's also understandable that smaller guys may have a lot of knowledge or more knowledge than someone that's a whole lot bigger, but if your in the gym, and a small guy walks up to you and tells you that what your taking is all wrong and you should take xxx,xxx,xxx, and xxx. It would be hard to take their advice, or it would be for me anyway.
