YA know guys, is this a forum or a pissing match. Ulter, macro, Nelson, they all have opinons. Take them for what they are worth and move on. I have been reading and training since 1985 and will always learn something from someone. What good would it be to rip on everyone ya don't agree with? What the fuck gets accomplished? Dan duchiane lifted hard in his 20's to early 30's and he even competed.he was a bloated looking lary sctt with bigger legs...dans health took its toll and he became ill and often then was inprison.Once out never really cared to do roids anymore....

So Dan did have first hand knowledge with weights,drugs,and stepped on stage a few times.
