Hey Omega. I dont have hus. I will have to go and set it up again.

I hurt my wrist somehow so I can do push exercises it hurts way too much. I did legs to day

legs

leg press 3plates each side and a 25 each side for 8

calf raises 45 each side for the first three set

the on the second group of calf raises i did 45 and 5 each side for 7 reps


I did back and shoulder yesterday

one arm rows 2 45's and a 25 each side for 8. The pump felt really good

shoulder press

135 for 8. My shoulders were fried!!!!!!!!

side lats 30 for 8 anythng over that is uncomfortable

shrugs 80 for 8 real slow and hold at the top

my weight is up to 214 first thing in the am after pissing. BF around 10-13 so I am adding muscle. I feel great and look better


Omega what do you reccommend for alternatives to pressing movements until my wrist is better?

hey WB/Omega lol The over head and the chest presses. Pretty much anything that causes me to bend my wrist back to a 90 degree angle.
 
alright I will be hit and miss porilly this week. We are inducing so little emma will come out.
 
wrist:

ease back on curls on biceps for 1-2 weeks, use 20% less weight, and pump out clean reps

Presses:

use ONLY machines for now and also use a thumbless grip
thumbless will talke pressure of the grip/tendon complex at the wrist

I think I am back. Just had a baby girl and I am in love all over again. I will try and post some numbers here for ya omega. My diet was blown while in the hospital for 5 days with the baby. Not much to choose from n the hospital.

Omega right now my workouts are when I can get in. A new baby girl is a lot fo work. WOW but all worht it.
