Since no one has answered this I will try my best to.

First I will say that I have never used one. I do know that some of the Westside boys do wear one with a squat suit/strap down on dyn day. I know that this does not help much. I'm sorry, I don't have any experience with these and just wanted to try to point you in the right direction.

Go to elitefts.com and go to the ask dave section and ask him. Then come back and post it here, as I too am curious about these.
